Where we ship. Pawmstead ships to addresses in the United States.

Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout, plus any sales tax.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time. Orders ship from US warehouses and usually arrive in 3-8 business days after processing.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Multiple packages. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Problems with delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, message us through our contact form and we'll help.
