Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Pawmstead.

30-day returns. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Start a return first. Message us through our contact form with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Packages sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo through our contact form within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item and place a new order.
